In the world of cinema and beyond, there really is no franchise that ever quite matches up to the all-encompassing spectacle and emotion of Star Wars.

Since George Lucas first brought this property to life back in 1977, fans have flocked to see the latest events of "a galaxy far, far away" for generation after generation after generation. By this point in time, Star Wars is a family institution for so many people, with this space-set soap opera managing to make us smile, cry, laugh, and feel frustrated about changing who really did shoot first.

Of course, this is a property built around legendary pop culture figures such as Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Han Solo, Princess Leia, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Rey, Kylo Ren, and, of course, Chewbacca. But while these names have so often been front-and-centre throughout this battle of Jedi vs. Sith, there have been so many memorable supporting characters to help out in the franchise's journey.

On that topic, then, we've got a few such supporting players lined up for you here. All you have to do is correctly identify who these lesser-known heroes and villains are.
