7. Han Solo Returns

No, not like that. That would be a huge surprise, but also a completely ridiculous one that would ruin a devastatingly perfect death for one of the greatest ever movie characters. Still, it has been suggested that Harrison Ford will be back for Episode VIII, so that means there's the potential for him to return in some capacity. Ruling out some 'he's not actually dead' or 'resurrection' horror story, there have also been suggestions of him being a Force Ghost. That would be a great idea, only Han Solo doesn't have the Force, so it makes no sense. That's not how the Force works. Going further than that, there's also no way Ford is filming extra scenes for Star Wars. He was reluctant to come back in the first place, and now his death wish has finally been realised, he's not coming back. The only one that fits is a flashback, something Star Wars don't really utilise, so any appearance from Han - while definitely possible - would be a surprise, because the assumption is we're never seeing him on the big screen again.
