4. Chewie's Injured

There's a shot in the trailer whose vagueness had everyone speculating over a major death - Rey is crying over something that definitely seems like a body - but in all the hype over that people seem to have missed another intriguing injury (interestingly to a character some have linked to that previous moment); in the shot of Han and Chewie (and, in the background, Finn) seemingly captured by Stormtroopers, Chewbacca has a bandage over right bicep. It's hard to tell from his first appearance in the second teaser whether or not he had the wound when he and Han got "home", but it doesn't appear to have been present during the Vanity Fair photoshoot. While that obviously isn't canon, it does suggest it'll be an injury he'll get during the course of the film. Of course, knowing next to nothing about exactly where the story will take the characters, and even less about what part Chewie will play in proceedings, means it's tricky to even speculate. So for now let's guess he gave blood during the Jakku stop off and, being a big coward, needed it wrapping up afterwards.
