19. Old Friends Reunited?

There's a very interesting shot in the latest trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens which sees Poe Dameron pat Finn on the shoulder, something which many fans have interpreted as them having some sort of history. As I mentioned before, the former Stormtrooper is clearly the one who saves the X-Wing pilot from Kylo Ren, and this looks very much like the moment they're reunited. The first TV spot for the movie showed BB-8 accompanying Poe in what looked like the final battle between the Resistance and First Order above the surface of the planet which houses the latter's deadly Starkiller weapon, so it's becoming apparent that some sort of meaningful connection is forged between the new characters in Star Wars: The Force Awakens as their paths cross.
