10. The "Crossguard Lightsaber"

The moment you saw Kylo Ren stalking through the snowy forest in the first teaser, you could tell he was going to be an epic villain. He pulls out a lightsaber and you see it's got a red blade, kind of similar to Darth Maul's. And then WTF?! Dude's got crossguard blades?! And his lightsaber's got some kind of unstable, homemade feel to it? Star Wars has given us more than its share of iconic heroes and villains. And before we've even seen the thing, you can tell Kylo Ren's going down as one of the most memorable villains we've had in years. It looks like he's walking into a knife fight with a damn RPG.
