6. Finn Isn't A Stormtrooper

If the first Force Awakens teaser trailer didn't already make it clear, the second trailer has proven that the guys behind the next Star Wars adventure have made sure the legendary stormtroopers certainly look the part. Virtually every fan is in agreement that Finn is without a doubt a stormtrooper, albeit one who goes rogue (for whatever reason that may be; some have speculated that it relates to certain shots of a burning village) and ends up teaming up with Rey and BB-8 on the planet Jakku. Still, in the spirit of being contrarian, a few fans have speculated that perhaps Finn isn't really a stormtroooper but was actually in disguise, the logic being that, since Abrams and his collaborators are paying homage to the original trilogy he's simply donned the armour in much the same way as Han and Luke did in A New Hope. Unfortunately this theory fell apart when John Boyega appeared to confirm that he was indeed a stormtrooper. Unless J.J.'s up to his own misdirection tricks again...
