7. Finn May Be A Skywalker, Rey Is The Jedi
There are those who remain convinced that Finn confronting Kylo Ren with Luke Skywalker's old lightsaber is misdirection in a bid to hide the fact that Rey is actually going to be the one who awakens the force so to speak. That's a plausible enough theory, and one which was seemingly confirmed by some new Star Wars trading cards which listed Finn as a Rebel and Rey as both a Rebel and a member of the Jedi Order. Assuming those were accurate (why wouldn't they be?), you would assume that Rey is the daughter of either Luke or Han and Leia. Well, even more toy packaging has seemingly spoiled another of Abrams' planned surprises as one mentioned that Finn is rumoured to be of Skywalker ancestry. He could be a very close or very distant relative of Luke's then, though one possibility is that he's his son and was taken by The First Order as a youngster due to them having a thing for
taking children and brainwashing them into thinking that the Rebellion were the true villains during their lengthy conflict with The Empire years earlier. Of course, there have been recent rumblings that Finn is actually a Calrissian, but seeing as that information came from an Amazon listing - which could have been put there by anyone - it's nowhere near as reliable.
