3. Kylo Ren

If the theory that Kylo Ren is actually Rey's brother is to be believed (which it probably should be), then it would make sense that the pair would be ranked close together in terms of their powers. Or at least their capacity for power. Ren might not be a fully fledged Sith, but he clearly has some power; not only is a lightsaber wielder, but he's also been seen manipulating Poe Dameron's mind (whether showing him the real future or a possible one). You can't just pretend to have those powers. The most compelling image of Ren is of a potentially supremely powered being who doesn't quite know how to channel his powers. If his rumoured agenda to collect Sith and Jedi artefacts to command their powers is true, the idea of him as some sort of perverse Icarus would be particularly satisfying. And in both cases, he would require immense power and even greater potential for it.
