7. Show The Jedi At The Height Of Their Power
Despite the overarching emphasis that the Jedi are the franchise heroes, the guardians of peace and order, and on the side of the light throughout the whole saga, they do suck at what they do in most of the films they're in.
Now that is mainly down to the narrative direction that each trilogy takes; the first trilogy focussing on the fall of the Jedi, the second about their recovery and redemption, and the third trilogy could be considered to be about the flaws in their legacy and nature.
But a new saga could be the opportunity to finally give the Jedi the glory they deserve as the all-powerful guardians of the High Republic.
After all, the High Republic is an age of peace that lasted over a thousand years, and the Jedi are heavily responsible. We need to see what that age looked like on screen in the next film, and it starts with showing the Jedi at their prime, long before they were corrupted by war.
