10. Captain Phasma

Captain Phasma is essentially the ultimate, leveled-up stormtrooper, and while she flattered to deceive in The Force Awakens (mostly because she was undone in a way that compromised her standing horribly), she should be the real deal in The Last jedi (not least because she has something to prove).

Alongside Kylo Ren and Hux, Phasma forms the command triumverate of the First Order, and she's had a colorful rise through the ranks. She was born part of a warrior clan and murdered her family to ensure she and her brother would be saved from a more powerful clan. From there she encountered the First Order and was recruited as part of their drive to find the strongest warriors in the galaxy. That's impressive billing on its own.

She's resilient, highly skilled and will do anything not to lose. And if there are extra cool points for costume, she scored about a million of them.
