Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Films Ranked Worst To Best (According To Rotten Tomatoes)
5. Return Of The Jedi
Score: 82%
Critic Consensus: "Though failing to reach the cinematic heights of its predecessors, Return of the Jedi remains an entertaining sci-fi adventure and a fitting end to the classic trilogy."
Return of the Jedi is the final film in the original trilogy, and is often considered the worst of the three. However, its title as the weakest entry in an amazing trilogy is still something to be proud of, especially considering how special the original trilogy is. Episode VI focuses on Luke Skywalker and his friends rescuing Han Solo while the Rebel Alliance makes their final stand against the Empire.
The film does a terrific job at wrapping up plot points from the original trilogy, especially bringing the stories of Luke and Vader to a satisfying conclusion. Return of the Jedi features many major moments and deaths, with the outcome of the film being a crucial event in the Star Wars universe which sets the stage for The Mandalorian and the sequel trilogy.
