5. Captain Boomerang
Credit where it's due, this take on Captain Boomerang retains many of the elements from the comic book version of the character which make him recognisable to fans. However, it makes some silly additions like the blue jacket clearly having "Captain" written across the front of it. Is that really a necessary addition? Other than that, there's some interesting stuff going on here. Like his comic book counterpart, he clearly fancies himself (check out the gold chain), but the fact that he's holding one of his boots together with duct tape says a lot about him. Captain Boomerang ultimately doesn't look like anything special, but has an appearance that mostly works.
