5. Harley's Origin

One of the biggest things confirmed in the trailer is how Harley becomes Harley. Rather than the theory that she was just the product of the torture scene we'd seen from the Comic Con footage, Ayer has instead gone for the New 52 story of her going headlong into a chemical vat and Joker pulling her out in her new unstable form.

Here's the panels from the comics... The missing bit, obviously, is the fact that it's Mr J who actually throws her in the first place, turning Dr Harleen Quinzel into Harley.
