Status: Rumour

Disney has, according to Deadline, purchased a 30-second spot and 45-second spot for the Super Bowl, and it seems very likely one of those will be going to be Black Panther, which is its next big release.

It doesn't sound like Black Panther needs any more help, with it breaking advance ticket sales records for a superhero movie, but since it's released on February 16 you'd have to think Disney will take this opportunity to push their new Marvel movie. We've already had multiple TV spots recently, so it's easy to imagine this one largely being made up of already-seen footage, with a couple of new scenes as well.

Likelihood: 9/10
