Super Bowl 2019: 9 Major Movie Trailers To Expect (& 3 Not To)

Since Disney relaunched Star Wars, there's been a question every year of whether they'll have a presence at the Super Bowl. Last year the answer was actually a yes, with a new spot for Solo being released, but that was because the movie was hitting cinemas in May (and needed the help).

On every other occasion, though, it's been a resounding 'no'. Lucasfilm prefers to do their own thing when it comes to trailers, so that they can dominate the conversation rather than competing with other major movies (it'd be especially pointless this year, since they'd be up against Endgame).

Star Wars Celebration takes place in April, which is where trailers for The Force Awakens, Rogue One, and The Last Jedi all arrived, and it's almost a guarantee that's when Episode IX's will debut as well.

Which Super Bowl trailers and TV spots are you most excited for? Let us know down in the comments.
