2. There WILL Be Appearances From DC Heroes
Recently, Warner Bros' boss Greg Silverman was asked by Variety magazine about the possibility of Justice League characters like Wonder Woman, The Flash and Green Lantern making an appearance. He said: "We have been doing a lot of thinking for years about how to best use all those characters and we love them...Wonder Qoman is an amazing character. I think it's a great opportunity for box office success, but also to have an amazingly powerful female superhero...We're are taking it all very seriously and are trying to do a plan that's respectful to those characters and maximises the stories as best they can." So now all we need to speculate upon is who will be making an appearance and there certainly have been rumours flying here there and everywhere with regards to this. It seems a fair bet that the wonderful Wonder Women will make a debut appearance in Batman vs. Superman. Warner Brothers have placed a casting call for a "tall, brunette, athletic and exotic" actress to play a "physically strong" character. There are whispers going around that Gal Gadot, Elodie Yung and Olga Kurylenko have read for this part. It is still unclear whether the role will be Wonder Woman or her alter ego Diana Price. Variety magazine have also reported that The Flash will also make an appearance, although according to a source on comicbookmovie.com, only as Barry Allan. Rumours are also circulating regarding an estranged Nightwing appearing alongside Batman in the film, with The Perks Of Being A Wallflower star, Adam Driver, being named by The Wrap as the forerunner for the coveted role. As we've yet to have a decent or memorable portrayal of Robin/Dick Grayson, it will be interesting to see how this turns out, if indeed it is true. In a brand new bit of information from LatinoReview on Twitter it has been mentioned that Jackie Earle Haley has auditioned for a role in what is fast becoming the most anticipated superhero film for years. However, it has not been mentioned what role he has auditioned or whether he will even appear.
