The T-800's arrival in Terminator 2: Judgement Day is an iconic scene (or series of scenes), and when he makes it to a biker bar, nude, the scene is played up for laughs. The ladies in the bar raise their eyebrows upon seeing his package. The men smirk and eventually one makes the mistake of testing him and stubbing out his cigar on the Terminator's skin. At the very end, leaving the bar, when the owner confronts him on the steps with a shotgun, the machine - apparently already having a sense of style - disarms him and takes the man's sunglasses, completing the look you've come to love for Arnold. Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines, as it was prone to do, tried to copy that scene. Homage is too nice a word. However, beyond just ripping off the scene, it tried to go full-on comedy - this time at the Desert Star strip club, where a guy dressed up as a biker is 'entertaining' the ladies. The end of it has Arnold put on a pair of star-shaped sunglasses that look absolutely ridiculous. It wasn't funny, it was just a dumb joke.
