3. No Ridiculous Spandex
The character's costume in the movie is described as 'black', and now a later source has revealed that the whole of Electro's look will be a simple black skintight outfit, so it is pretty much confirmed this will be based off the look of the Ultimate Electro. The source later went on to say he had a thick collar type thing on his neck (presumably given to him to contain the electricity he is generating) and from the neck up his face was icy electric blue. This, just thinking about it, sounds like the perfect way to portray Electro on a movie. The skintight green and yellow costume is cool, but would not be taken seriously in a film. This look to me sounds like a mix of the Ultimate Electro due to the icy electric blue skin and the black skintight outfit, and if I am right on the collars use to contain the electricity, this adds in a element from the Spectacular Spider Man cartoon version of Electro, which is the best version of the character so far to ever be done.
