The best artist impression of what Dr. Curt Connors' villainous alter ego The Lizard really looks like in The Amazing Spider-Man might have just been revealed on the floor of the 2012 Toy Fair. Coming Soon have taken a snap of Diamond Comics Distributors Marvel Select Lizard Figure Bust, due in June, which gives us a full body look at the character who plans to make Spider-Man's life a living hell this summer and achieve what none of the other villains could to date, destroy Peter Parker! Could this be an accurate portrayal of what The Lizard will look like? See the images below and let us know what you think... 
Obviously the rather iconic image of The Lizard in Connors' lab coat has been replaced by a more reptilian depiction of the character who resembles little of his human form here. The Amazing Spider-Man is due July 1st, 2012. Directed by Marc Webb (500 Days of Summer), written by James Vanderbilt (Zodiac), the film stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Dennis Leary, Sally Field and Martin Sheen.
