The Batman: 10 Characters The Arkham Asylum TV Show Should Introduce

5. Warren White (Great White Shark)

The Batman Arkham
DC Comics

A rather unknown character introduced in Arkham Asylum: Living Hell, Warren White is a corrupt investor who faked an insanity plea, under the impression that life in Arkham would be easier than prison. Unfortunately for him, he is soon driven to insanity by the other inmates before being horribly scarred by Mr. Freeze, turning his skin pale white and resulting in the loss of his nose, hair and lips. Succumbing to his insanity, White files his teeth into fangs and becomes 'The Great White Shark'.

If they were to introduce both White and Aaron Cash in the show, White could serve as a replacement for Killer Croc if Reeves deems the mutated Waylon Jones as too unrealistic for his interpretation of the Batman universe. Likewise, there is a chance that White's own backstory would have to be reworked if Mr. Freeze is left out of the show, but Matt Reeves has already proven he's capable of adapting characters in new and compelling ways.

Portraying White's descent into madness as a result of his environment and the consequences of his own actions would add an extra layer of depth to the show, providing the audience with another perspective of how supervillains are created
