11. There Could Be A Passenger Seat In The Batmobile

Like the car used in the 1960s Batman film and TV show, the new Batmobile has scope for a passenger to sit alongside Batman. It might not actually have a seat there at the minute (because it's not actually possible to confirm - though both sides appear to be identical in front of the engine on the rear view, with nothing conspicuously missing on the right side), but there's space and that matters.

Even when Batman got a sidekick in Schumacher's timeline, Batman never actually got a side-seat for Robin and the passenger seat used in the Tumbler for Rachel wasn't really fit for purpose if Batman was actually on missions. After all, in Attack Mode, his chair would move to the centre and he'd be in a prone position, which would be impossible with a passenger. That seat was just a hangover from when it was an actual military tank.

For Reeves' film, the fact that the Batmobile was once "just" a car means there'll be room for Robin or Nightwing or someone else to ride shotgun should the need arise. And let's hope it does!
