The Batman: Dream Casting Matt Reeves' Trilogy
3. Dick Grayson AKA Robin - Noah Schnapp
It's sometimes easy to forget that the character of Robin is a child, and not Chris O'Donnell with stubble posing as a sixteen year old like we got in the Joel Schumacher films.
While Robin has been every bit as a reliable fighter as Batman, it would be interesting to remind audiences that not only are Batman's Boy Wonder's kids but adolescent ones too. Even during the era of Adam West's run as Batman, Burt Ward was a grown adult running around in pixie boots and gymnast tights.
For a good Robin, the Boy Wonder needs to be impressionable and much younger than Batman. With Robert Pattinson in the lead, a sprightly young fellow would be needed to play Robin.
Which brings us to Stranger Things' actor Noah Schnapp. As the tormented and terrified Will Byers, he has a lot of responsibility playing a lot of emotions. Hot take; he's low-key the best actor out of all the kids on that show, and it's odd he's not blowing up as much as the other actors.
Noah's the right age for a young Robin to learn from R-Patz' Bruce Wayne. Cast him quickly though, these kids grow up fast.
