Oscar Isaac is one of those names that you'd consider part of Hollywood's hottest talents. He consistently chooses interesting projects (even when he goes with a big franchise), intriguing characters and roles that give him scope to show off his range and he's being rewarded with a growing reputation.

It's only a matter of time before he follows his Star Wars role with something in a comic book movie that doesn't actually suck (like Sucker Punch and X-Men: Apocalypse did - the latter at least according to most critics) and rumour has it he's under consideration for The Batman. Right now, quite who he's linked to remains to be seen, but it would be interesting to see the Guatemala-born star under the cowl.

It's certainly been discussed in captivated tones among certain fans and there's no denying he's one of the more interesting options.
