6. Dark Flash Is Future Young Barry
Back in the Chronobowl, the Barrys come to blows over their mother - Young Barry wants to keep trying to save her, while Prime Barry insists that her death is simply what must happen for the sake of the multiverse's integrity, and they need to simply "let it go."
At that moment, a dark, mysterious figure who attacked Prime Barry in the Chronobowl earlier in the movie reappears, revealing themselves to be Dark Flash.
Basically, they're a much older, future version of Young Barry, who has been effectively driven insane by his tireless quest to prevent his mother's death, still unable to let her go.
