THE GREEN HORNET won't film this year. Nearing the permanent Red Light?

Problems, problems, problems at Sony over THE GREEN HORNET. Ever since Stephen Chow left directing duties on the project, the movie has seemingly stalled at the studio and now comes word from Drew McWeeny over at HitFix that a close studio source claims that it is "highly unlikely" that the film will shoot in 2009 at all. And unless a small miracle occurs, it's probably dead in the water. Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, I will congratulate you both. You guys got closer than most including Kevin Smith who has so desperate to make this movie a few years back but well if the studio's heart isn't in, then there's not a lot you can do.
