Hey, it's Jared Harris. You might recognise him from recent Hammer Horror film The Quiet Ones, The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button or Mad Men, but most likely he's familiar because he played Moriarty in Guy Ritchie's Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, starring alongside Robert Downey Jr as Holmes. Here he appears to be playing the more benevolent role of Saunders, not a character from the TV series but possibly named for George Sanders, who appeared in a couple original TV episodes. Looks like he's a CIA boss man.
