The Mighty Ducks Cast - Where Are They Now?

8. Brandon Adams - Jesse Hall

Kenan Thompson/Russ Tyler The Mighty Ducks
Walt Disney Pictures

In the first movie, one of the key players in the team was Jesse Hall, supported somewhat by his brother Terry (more on him later). But make no mistake about it, Jesse was the star player of the two, which is supported by the fact he returned once more for the sequel, but sadly not the third entry. Jesse was a leader on and off the ice, and also frequently butted heads with Coach Bombay when he first shows up.

Unlike many of his cast mates, Brandon Quintin Adams had experienced quite a bit of success before his role in the first movie. In fact, it's safe to say he was quite the child star. Adams had a role in Michael Jackson's Moonwalker, and also had a prominent part to play in Wes Craven's horror The People Under the Stairs. Sadly the roles began to dry up after his appearance in the D2: The Mighty Ducks.

A few guest roles in shows such as Sister Sister and Moesha followed before tragedy struck. One night in 2002, Adams found himself the target of a shooting alongside his friend Merlin Santana, who sadly lost his life. The incident affected Adams considerably and he stepped away from acting for a while. However, he has returned, supplying the voice to Rai in Kingdom Hearts II whilst also looking to restart his acting career.
