2. The Ultimate Predator Pulls Its Punches

When the Ultimate Predator turns up, we're all supposed to be wowed. It's an 11-foot bruiser made by splicing the best DNA in the galaxy (and for some reason human DNA, despite us being soft meatbag victims) and it's got a singular agenda to kill the Predator and sort out its mess.

It does that incredibly easily, plucking the OG Predator's head clean off after a brief altercation before going to find the missing tech it had "stolen" and brought to Earth. And from there, its only enemies are humans, which it should have no issue dealing with. After all, the Predator had killed tens of them already.

But when the Ultimate Predator comes to fight McKenna and Casey, it just hits them about a bit, for some reason abandoning its instant kill approach that had dispatched everyone else. It's obviously designed to give the inferior humans some hope of victory, but when the seams show that much, it's very off-putting.
