The Suicide Squad: Every Actor Who Also Appeared In The MCU

7. Nathan Fillion

Nathan Fillion has the least combined screen time of any actor on this list. His The Suicide Squad character, TDK, aka The Detachable Kid, was not long for this world, and, unlike Weasel, he actually does die. His power, to remove his arms from his body and hit people with them, is probably a good indicator that he wouldn't make it to the opening credits.

Fillion's role in the MCU makes TDK look like a leading role. He makes a quick uncredited appearance in Guardians of the Galaxy as a character known as "that one annoying alien inmate who Groot wrecks."

After taunting the Guardians upon their arrival in the Kyln, Groot extends his fingers deep into Fillion's character's nose, harming him and establishing the Guardians as the "tough guys" of the prison.

Fillion's second MCU role ended up being left out of the film. He was initially supposed to cameo as actor Simon Williams, the civilian name of the superhero Wonder Man, in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Unfortunately, the scene never made it into the final cut of the film.

Marvel or DC: Despite his limited screen time, TDK is really funny, and actually has a name, so DC takes the prize for best Nathan Fillion.
