The Terminator: 10 Biggest Plot Holes

7. After Luring John Connor To The Skynet Base In Terminator Salvation Why Do They Only Have A Single T-800 To Kill Him?

Terminator Salvation is yet another example of why some franchises should really be left alone - from its terrible plot and boring characters to its completely derivative action sequences which steal from its predecessors without improving upon them, it's a fine example of everything wrong with Hollywood. It's also got its fair share of plot holes, not least at the end of the film when John Connor, having infiltrated Skynet, comes up against their defences - a single T-800 terminator. Given that this is the main base for the enemy it beggars belief that they would choose to defend it with just one robot - surely if they're as smart as they're supposed to be they'd throw everything but the kitchen sink at intruders.
