While we don't believe that Enchantress has the ability to carry off the role of the main villain on her own in a Thor movie (especially since she'd be a step down in terms of power from the likes of Malekith and Kurse), she definitely deserves to be included in the next Thor movie on some level. The Enchantress is Amora - sister of Lorelei, who has already appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. - and she covets Thor. Granted, we've already got Sif and Jane Foster in that regard, but Enchantress's attempts to control him for evil-doings would add a new level of intrigue to a potential Thor romantic interest. When Loki has been on the throne of Asgard in the comic books, Enchantress has served as his right-hand-woman and that could be a role she takes up in the next Thor movie.
