If there's one thing established by Love and Thunder, it's that gods are kind of a**holes. Zeus, then, might just be king of the a**holes.

Despite being a huge inspiration of Thor's, Zeus turns out to be none other than a gluttonous, opulent show-off. Gorr poses a real threat to Zeus and the rest of his kind, but the clown is more concerned with organising the next space orgy.

That's not to say he isn't still powerful though, and by attempting to kill him, Thor has given Zeus the motivation to wreak the kind of havoc that made him such a legend.

Despite being wounded, the Greek god swears to bring his wrath to Thor's front door. Whether he'll act as the main villain of the next movie or not, it's clear that Zeus is out for revenge and as such audiences with be treated to a spot of god vs. god action in a future MCU instalment.
