After recovering from her wounds earlier in the film, Love and Thunder's ending offers viewers a quick montage of Valkyrie continuing to serve as King of New Asgard. Korg's voiceover reminds us that this is still a fishing village turned tourist attraction, but Valkyrie, along with a similarly recovered Lady Sif (who lost an arm!), are making sure the settlement won't be in danger again.

Following the kids of New Asgard proving themselves in the fight against Gorr, the pair have taken to training the younger generation in the art of battle. We see them practicing sword sings and, of course, their battle cries.

Despite worries that both Sif and Valkyrie may have bitten the dust earlier in the movie, the ending makes it clear that they'll be around to keep New Asgard safe, and prepared for what comes next.
