Speaking of characters who appeared to be in mortal danger only to receive a happy ending, Korg manages to survive being all but obliterated by Zeus. Establishing that Kronans only need a mouth to stay alive, he spends the second half of the movie as a disembodied face.

We get a bit more insight into Kronan culture generally throughout Love and Thunder, including the fact that the all-male species reproduces by holding hands over a lava pit for a month, before creating a tiny, rocky son.

This fact comes into play with Korg's ending, which sees his body regrown to its former glory. Not only that, but in his own voiceover he explains that he also managed to find love, settling down and making a son with a moustachioed Kronan called Duane.
