The list of gods butchered by Gorr goes on and on. He nailed the King and Queen of the Garden Eternal to a tree, he murdered Voord Bloodeye, Zorr’kiri the Skrull goddess of love, and even Falligar the Behemoth, the incredible monster already seen in the Love and Thunder trailer.

He tortured gods for days on end, before putting them out of their misery, but arguably his cruellest act came at the expense of Shadrak, a god who lost his mind while hiding from the butcher.

A deity of the Diamond Moons of Oghogho, Shadrak saw his entire pantheon of fellow gods killed by Gorr. All except Shadrak himself. He instead was kept alive by Gorr in order to watch, as his pain and anguish appeared to amuse the god butcher.

As Shadrak begged to be killed next, Gorr decided to cut off the eyelids of the one god he kept alive, just to punish him further. There have been dark, creepy moments in the MCU before, but this one may top them all if Taika Waititi has included it in his story.
