Thor: Ragnarok - What The Ending Really Means
7. New Avengers?
When Thor puts his Revengers team together, it's immediately clear that we could have another superhero team to work alongside the Avengers and the Guardians Of The Galaxy in Infinity War. Even though Thor had referred to working with Hulk, implying he's still affiliated with the Avengers, despite flying solo for a couple of years.
By the end of the movie, that team is swollen further by the Sakaarian warrior rebels who leave Loki and head to Asgard to rescue the otherwise doomed Asgardians. That means the heroic alliance also includes Korg and Miek at the very least - plus some of the other alien fighters who aren't killed by Hela and her minions.
Could this mean that we'll get to see Valkyrie, Korg and Miek all joining up as new Avengers (as well, possibly, as Loki)? We already know Valkyrie is in Avengers: Infinity War, and there's definitely room for more of the Warbound duo (they deserve a spin-off, to be quite frank), so let's hope it does mean precisely that.
