Tomorrow Never Dies: 007 Reasons Why It's The Best James Bond Yet

001. Pierce Brosnan IS James Bond

Brosnan Ultimately you're coming to see a James Bond movie to see the man himself. If the actor isn't worth his tailored suit, then you may as well stay home and skip the whole damned mess. I'm proud to say that Pierce Brosnan IS James Bond, and ultimately he's one of the best James Bonds ever. His action prowess sells him as a brawler from the Connery school, yet his smiles and japes at villains are more reminiscent of Roger Moore's days of one liners and eyebrow raising. Pierce takes these two schools and somehow finds a common ground between the two, fusing them into a more cohesive Bond than we've had in a long while. (Timothy Dalton's amazing, but ultra serious, portrayal aside.) Goldeneye proved that he could take the pressure, but Tomorrow Never Dies proves that he can do the job, and he can do it quite well. I wouldn't be surprised if we had quite a few more Brosnan as Bond films, and I welcome his return all the more after seeing Tomorrow Never Dies. What do you think guys? Are you ready for Bond 19, or do you think it's time to let the series go? Do you like Brosnan, or is it time to switch to someone younger? Let us know in the Comments down below.
