7. Tin Toy's Cameo (And The Other Easter Eggs)

This being a Pixar movie, Toy Story 4 is bound to be full of Easter Eggs, including the usual Pizza Planet truck and Luxo Jr ball (among others). It's also likely we'll see things like the first movies references to The Shining and other cinematic love letters to things outside of Pixar and Disney's universe.

One thing that confirms such a focus on rewarding multiple watches (which is, after all, why they do that), is the appearance of Pixar short character Tin Toy among Bo's new friends. That's the kind of affectionate homage and reward to Pixar fans that the Disney community is all about.

It's remarkably clever of Pixar to choose to put some of that in the trailer as well, because it ensures fans pour through picking out every last detail and sharing them to celebrate how clever the studio are. And all they're doing there is selling the movie for Pixar even easier.
