10 Typecast Movie Roles That Totally Ruined Major Plot Reveals

8. Bruce Willis - Lucky Number Slevin

The Big Reveal Bruce Willis and Josh Hartnett have been working together the whole time. Hartnett is the boy supposedly killed in the opening, and Willis is the hitman who supposedly killed him, but in fact raised and trained him instead. Why It€™s So Obvious For the vast majority of his career, Bruce Willis has consistently played the good guy. It€™s what he does. So having Willis€™ assassin kill Slevin just didn€™t seem like the logical conclusion for the storyline. The opening scene talking about the Kansas City Shuffle sets you up for a twist, and it wasn€™t all that hard to figure out what was coming with Willis in the picture. This is the man who helped save the world in Armageddon, and who single-handedly saved Los Angeles AND Christmas in Die Hard.
