7. Holland Wants Jake Gyllenhaal Or Chris Pratt As Sully
Uncharted currently has just one announced cast member, but that hasn't stopped fans, as well as Tom Holland himself, weighing in with their thoughts about who should portray the series' other popular characters.
During a Facebook Live Q&A with Yahoo! Movies, Holland mentioned that he thought Jake Gyllenhaal would be a cool choice for Sully, and that he'd love to work with Chris Pratt again, after just shooting Avengers: Infinity War with him.
This should in no way be taken as a confirmation of anything, but the fact that Tom Holland is the person saying all this does make it likely that the pair of actors will at least be considered for the role.
Why? Well, it was apparently Holland who pitched the idea of a young Drake movie to Sony Pictures and Shawn Levy (something he also mentioned in the above clip).
Based on this information, it's clear that the studio respects Holland's opinion and values his input, so if he were to take his ideas for Sully actors directly to the right people, there is a chance they'd see the light of day.
