Uncharted Movie: 10 Important Developments You Need To Know

2. A Stunt Coordinator Has Been Hired

The most recent development regarding the Uncharted movie came by way of Omega Underground, who reported that the project has enlisted the help of an experienced stunt coordinator to work on the action and set-pieces the project will inevitably feature.

The stunt coordinator in question is Ben Hernandez Bray, whose film credits include The Gambler, Ouija, Jack Reacher, Savages, The Grey, Real Steel, and Argo. Bray is also attached to Bad Boys For Life - the third entry in the Bad Boys series - though it's unlikely the movie will ever get off the ground.

It's no secret that Uncharted loves its insane action sequences and death-defying stunts, so hiring a guy who has prior experience working on action movies can only be a good thing.

Additionally, Bray has worked with Levy before - on Real Steel. The fact that the two have a pre-existing professional relationship - and the fact that Bray is literally the second crew member we've heard is involved with Uncharted - must mean that Levy is focused on making his action as effective as possible.

Danny has been with WhatCulture for almost nine years, and is currently Doctor Who Editor and WhoCulture Channel Manager, overseeing all of WhatCulture's Whoniverse coverage. He has been writing and video editing for 10+ years, and first got a taste for content creation after making his own Doctor Who trailers and uploading them to YouTube (they're admittedly a bit rusty by today's standards). If you need someone to recite every Doctor Who episode in order or to tell you about the making of 1988's Remembrance of the Daleks, Danny is the person to ask.
