4. Stan Lee Knows Eddie's Secret

Even for the standards of a Stan Lee cameo, his appearance in the movie's final moments was pretty damn meta. After Eddie has a heart-to-heart with Anne, Eddie walks away and encounters an old man walking a dog (Lee), who tells him, "Don't give up on her, either of you."

As Eddie keeps walking, Venom asks, "Who was that guy?" before adding "His dog looks delicious." Obviously most fans' head-canon here will be that Lee's character is the Watcher Informant, as revealed in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, and unless we hear otherwise, why not?

Still, having Lee literally nod to knowing Eddie's secret is certainly in the barmy, throw-everything-at-the-wall spirit of the movie overall.
