Warcraft: 10 Reasons It's A Huge Disappointment

1. It Sets Up A Franchise...That May Never Happen

The most depressing truth of all is that, for all of the movie's faults, it sets up a huge, sprawling world with so much promise.

However, the fact that the film is tracking to have a soft opening at the U.S. box office may doom the potential franchise from the outset, and though international grosses could bail it out, there's no guarantee that we'll get another movie.

As bad as the film is, it would be disappointing if there's no second chance to remedy this, given the richness of the lore and the possibility of a vastly superior sequel. The next few weeks will be crucial in terms of finding out whether Warcraft is a viable cinematic brand or another curious failure.

What did you think of Warcraft? What do you make of the reviews so far? Shout it out in the comments!
