In cinematic terms, that question really depends on the box office. $800m or so, and you're probably looking at a yes from Warner Bros.

But in terms of the actual team still operating: Waller has cleared any possible come back from the government and the public using her relationship with Bruce Wayne, and in her mind the Task Force worked a treat. She cleared her objectives, she got to abuse some metas and she only really lost one key member in Harley Quinn: you have to imagine she counted the whole thing as a success.

Crucially, the source material suggests that she has a lot of other "metas" to choose from the replace Slipknot, Diablo and Harley: she could add Clayface, King Shark, Riddler, Poison Ivy... Or any number of other lower level DC villains.

And given the fact that she survived a helicopter crash and being molested by Enchantress, she probably feels invincible enough to brush off any potential threats...
