What Marvel's Ant-Man And The Wasp Cast Look Like In The Comics

In The Comics:

Scott Lang is an auburn-haired man who, after being driven to desperation by his seriously ill daughter Cassie being kidnapped, took it upon himself to steal Hank Pym's old Ant-Man suit and use it to get her back. After all was said and done, Scott planned to return the suit and turn himself in, but kept it at the insistence of Pym, who gave Scott his blessing as the new Ant-Man.

In the years that followed, the iconic suit saw multiple changes and upgrades that helped give Scott distinguish himself from Pym and develop his own identity. The former crook also made several friends thanks to his newfound life as a superhero. He joined the Avengers, had a brief stint as a member of the Fantastic Four, teamed up with the original Wasp, and even became a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy.

In The Film:

Played by the lean, dark-haired Paul Rudd, the MCU's version of Scott Lang looks almost nothing like his comic book counterpart. That being said, everything else about the on-screen Scott is more or less spot on.

This is due in no small part to the fact the on-screen Ant-Man suit takes its cues from the later versions of Scott's comic book suits, the exceptionally entertaining performances Rudd has given thus far, as well as the fact that Rudd ages about as much as the average comic book character does.

After establishing himself as Hank's official successor in the first film, Lang returns in Ant-Man and the Wasp to aid Hank and Hope in freeing their beloved Janet from the Quantum Realm.
