What Your Favourite Back To The Future Movie Says About You

3. Back To The Future Part III (1990)

urlThe Movie: Part III picks up with Marty once again trapped in 1955, but without immediate access to the time machine to get him home. So enlisting the help of young Doc, he sets off on a wild west adventure to rescue old Doc from 1885. Confused? Well, fortunately this one gets simpler from this point on. Shedding all the complicated alternative reality dilemmas of part II, the last in the trilogy is, like the first film, the story of getting a broken time machine to work so our heroes can get back home to where they came from. What It Says About You: If Part I was about adventure and Part II about getting everything right, it€™s only fitting that the final film in the trilogy is all about acceptance. That isn€™t to say you wouldn€™t fight for the things you love, but it€™s about finding the right balance of fighting fate, and accepting it. Whilst Marty may have lost his cool when called "chicken" in previous movies, he comes to the realisation that what other people say doesn€™t matter when faced with the insult of being €˜yellow€™ by Mad Dog. This new found strength later proves to have a greater effect on Marty€™s future as he doesn€™t take the bait of being challenged to a car race by Needles, a punk who€™s future version in Part II would goad Marty to commit crimes that would cost him his job in 2015. Part III is the most level-headed in its approach to things and should you hold this film closest to your heart you are the kind of person who will most easily accept who you are. You have a laid back approach to life and enjoy the calm lifestyle only to be found in the old west. In regards to your love life, it is the lovers of Part III who find the most success. You€™ll go to dances, talk about literature, and take exciting trips by train. The Doc may be a slow starter - like you he is a shy individual - but when loves hits you in the face (or in his case almost falls into a ravine) you will know its the real deal. The Doc, not having had any romantic inclinations in the first two movies, is has the best lesson to learn. That€™s not to say he always gets things right, but like the honest nature of Part III's fans, he at least shows that honesty is the best policy when it comes to matters of the heart. The Doc risks losing Clara when he confesses that he is leaving the old west for 1985. Naturally, this baffles the gentle natured school teacher, and she is left feeling hurt, but comes to her senses just in time to have a romantic reunion on a hover board. Isn€™t that the romantic dream we all wait for in our lives? Sound Bite: €œYella? Nobody calls me yell... unless it€™s my girlfriend and then it€™s cute."
