What Your Favourite Quentin Tarantino Movie Says About You

Kill Bill: The Style-O-Phile

Kill Bill It's impossible to think of Kill Bill without picturing Uma Thurman in that now iconic yellow jumpsuit. Tarantino's double bill is dripping with style: from the entrancing Yuen Woo-ping choreographed fight scenes to the slick animated sequences. To say the film is so rich in style isn't to say it's shallow however; nearly all visual touches are significant to the narrative. For example, the animated sequence masterfully realised by "Production I" (also behind Ghost in the Shell and The Animatrix) isn't just animated to mix things up a bit. The use of animation signifies that we are entering the realm of memory and childhood; in this case the horrific memories of Deadly Viper member O-Ren Ishii.
