What Your Favourite Quentin Tarantino Movie Says About You

Django Unchained: The Non-Conformist

Django Unchained Christoph Waltz

Django is the ultimate non-conformist - not only does he liberate himself from slavery but he shows those who oppressed him why they made a mistake ever screwing with him. Even though all he's ever known is being a slave, Django makes the switch from having a slave mentality to that of a freeman in remarkable amount of time. It is all too easy to sink permanently into the slave mentality, as we see with Stephen (as masterfully portrayed by Samuel L. Jackson), who would sooner please his masters then seek liberation.

Django Unchained is a film about breaking free of social restrictions placed upon you and being a true individual; those who call the film their favourite Tarantino flick are likely to be free thinkers, never conforming to the expectation people have of them.
