Corey Feldman's acting career began at the tender age of three with a role in a MacDonalds commercial. His first proper acting job came a few years later with an appearance on Eight is Enough, Feldman would make further scattered TV appearances until he landed his first film role in TIME AFTER TIME, the genius sci-fi thriller that pits HG Wells against Jack the Ripper in a battle across time! Feldman went onto voice a character in 1981s animated feature THE FOX AND THE HOUND in between further TV roles, including an extended run on puppet comedy series MADAMES PLACE. In 1983 Feldman guest starred on Cheers before securing his first major film role in FRIDAY THE 13TH: THE FINAL CHAPTER playing Tommy Jarvis, the young boy who finally, or so we thought, kills Jason Voorhees. Over the course of the next four years Corey Feldman went onto appear in several cult 80s classics, including; GREMLINS, THE GOONIES, STAND BY ME and perhaps most memorably playing vampire hunter Edgar Frog in THE LOST BOYS.
No child star, you could argue, found himself in as many commercial and fan favourites in such a small space of time. With a string of hit movies behind him, Feldman had the world at his feet, but things didnt quite continue on the upward curve he had been on. He reunited with his LOST BOYS co-star Corey Haim on LICENSE TO DRIVE, the first film of many "The Two Carey's" headlined together. In 1989 Feldman starred in his second starring role for director Joe Dante who had previously directed him on GREMLINS when he appeared in THE BURBS alongside Tom Hanks, that same year, Feldman reunited with Haim yet again on DREAM A LITTLE DREAM. Feldmans next project was providing the voice for Donatello in the first TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES film. After a relationship with Drew Barrymore and a short-lived marriage to Beverly Hills 90210 star Vanessa Marcil, Feldman had a very public battle with drugs. His box office star was also falling rapidly, after headlining the bombs ROCK N ROLL HIGH SCHOOL FOREVER, EDGE OF HONOR, MEATBALLS 4 and BLOWN AWAY (another 2 Coreys collaboration), his career was on life support. After overcoming his personal demons, Feldman returned to the silver screen, once again voicing Donatello in TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES III. Corey Feldman continued to drop bombs like he was in Vietnam with the likes of LAST RESORT, LIPSTICK CAMERA and a really unnecessary sequel to DREAM A LITTLE DREAM seen any of them? No, neither have I In 1995 Feldman was a regular cast member on short-lived geek comedy series Dweebs, the show was canned after ten episodes. Feldman spent the rest of the 90s and most of this century wallowing in DTV hell. His most successful film appearances in recent years have been when playing himself; he had a cameo in DAVID SPADES DICKIE ROBERTS: FORMER CHILD STAR, and has appeared in the documentary MY DATE WITH DREW and mockumentary PAULY SHORE IS DEAD. In 2002, Corey Feldman appeared in the first series of VH-1s celebrity graveyard reality show The Surreal Life, marrying his girlfriend at the end of the series. In 2007, he reteamed with his namesake Corey Haim yet again on the unscripted reality show THE TWO COREYS, with the two former child stars playing fictional versions of themselves. 
In recent weeks, Corey Feldman has admitted being a victim of child abuse, given his involvement in the Michael Jackson trial in 2005, speculation was rife that Jackson was the culprit but Feldman alleged that it was his former assistant. Feldman was last seen in the DTV sequel to THE LOST BOYS; LOST BOYS 2: THE TRIBE reprising his role as vampire hunter extraordinaire Edgar Frog. The film has led to a falling out between Coreys Feldman and Haim over Haims role in the film, or lack there of, although production on a second season of THE TWO COREYS has reportedly begun, so one has to wonder if its all a publicity stunt or am I just being cynical?
