Upon a first watch back in 1996, it was all kinds of brilliant to see Henry Winkler turn up in Scream. For a certain generation, any appearance from the former Fonz is enough to put a massive smile on the face.

Unfortunately for Winkler's Principal Himbry, his role in Scream was destined to be a short one.

Following the lead of Casey Becker's murder, poor Himbry is likewise gutted and left hanging for all to see. Unlike Casey being hung from a tree, though, Himbry is left on display on the school's football posts.

Logic suggests that Billy Loomis was the person behind Himbry's death. With Stu at that point busy arranging his big house party, that makes Billy the prime candidate to have offed Principal Himbry and left his corpse hanging in the most public and visible of ways.

There's actually more to Himbry's death than simply another dead body for the sake of another dead body, for it's his death and the subsequent displaying of his lifeless body that later leads to all of Stu's house guests leaving the party - which then leaves our two Ghostfaces alone with Sidney and a select few others.
